Okay, we get it…my extent might be around 165 since of my additional skin. The surgeon says it might be similar to thirty pounds or some-more of skin all over me! we am starting to get it removed!!! Yay!!!

    your right, everyone is different, im barely 20 years old and very few people are willing to take up my weight training routine , but she has 24% bodyfat which is still alot, im just saying she should wait until her bodyfat % goes down into the teens before she considers surgery

    I read your other comment too, and since everyone’s body is different, who are you to tell her what is skin and what is fat? So what, you lost over 100 lbs,,, so did I, actually, I lost 156lbs and I had tons of excess SKIN that I had removed.

    I don’t want to discourage you because your doing great but 24% body fat is still a little overweight for skin removal surgery. I think you should loose 20 lbs before you consider it. like 145 or so. exercise with weights and cardio. skin does shrink to your body a little it takes time though about as long as it took to stretch out. weight loss is kinda my thing. I am studying to be a pe. teacher and have lost 70 lbs in the last 18 weeks. please wait for surgery.

    oh your so innocent its adorable, but guess what your wrong, i lost over 100 pounds, and i too had that same stomach, but guess what i lowered my bodyfat to single digits also know as visible abs digits and i no longer have that excess FAT on my stomach

    that is not excess skin, its fat, congrats on the weight loss ,but u still have too much body fat to have a flat stomach, loose skin is for people who lose 300 to 400 pounds

    You look great =) So, I have the exact same problem you had: I have so much excess skin, especially on my stomach and my legs. I exercise every day for 60 minutes, and barely eat anything. I maybe get 800 calories, probably even less than that. I’m at my “goal weight”, according to my doctor (140 lbs.), and I used to weigh 175 lbs. I begged my parents for a tummy tuck, but all they told me was to try losing more weight and see how I look after that. How did you convince you parents?

    i could be wrong but it looks like you lost weight too quickly,by crash dieting.when you crash diet and fast exercise will not work as good because you have to eat to be able to build muscle,people dont realize that staving yourself will cause you to loose your muscle mass,and if you loose weight to quickly it also causes loose skin.

    i did the same thing after i had my first child,extreme dieting and fasting. i lost sooo much weight and then ended up with the extra skin just like you have in this video.but then i had my son and now i gota do it again.but ive had no motivation.your videos have been very inspiring.and you look great

    I saw your other videos and wasnt on your side at first because you spoke of starving yourself. Yet it seems that you’ve been educating yourself. Although I dont agree with how you eat with your calorie intake I must say that you look good even with the excess skin. I look forward to your update once you have achieved everything you wanted to.

    quit shoving your face full of food and realize what’s most important to you. also start eating veggies and fruit, dont drink any more soda or juice and stop with the fast foot! breakfast; orange or banana, yogurt
    lunch a healthy choice
    eat a diet pill….
    eat another diet pill… n drink water….
    have a dinner thats about 600, 800 cals before SEVEN.
    drink water. and talk yourself out of snacks. I once was 220 and now Im 130 :) thats how I did it

    Hey! Oh yeah, actually there were times I worked out over 6-8 hours in a day! When I was super heavy I did LOTS of cardio/soccer/weight training/P90X. Thanks so much for the support! Have a wonderful day!

    you did not exercise while loosing weight ha?? that is what happens when you loose weight without working out, you en up saggy. But the good thing is that you lost weight and you look way way more happy.
