One pound a week. If you’re not losing at least one pound a week on your chosen weight loss regimen, you’re (a) stalled, or (b) finished. You might need to push yourself even harder, or (in some cases) let up a little bit while your body plays catch-up. If you lose more than one pound a week, then you’re doing better than average. Expecting to lose five pounds a week just isn’t realistic, though.

hey great video! i totally agree with the idea of unorganized thoughts and i`ve had to learn that the hard way. i guess it just seems easier to try to ignore the thought rather than to try to tackle it head on. but yes, i do see the importance of trying to organize those thoughts because if you don`t you run the risk of giving in to temptation. anyways, thanks for letting that out there.

Ok Sharon! Do u mean to imply (by replying to comments HERE and NOT elsewhere) that u believe discussing the way to protect people from the damaging effects of dysfunctional relationships is MORE important than giving us the name of that gorgeous lipstick color u were wearing in another video? LOL ;-)

Only when the person him/herself wants to discover the “why” & alter their damaging behavior is the reason they behave how they behave truly relevant, imo. :-)

to “ladyCaroline” YES, absolutely! There r definitely innumerable factors that come into play to explain why anyone manifests ANYTHING. TOTALLY! And as u already stated in your post, it’s irrelevant at some point to try to “understand/discover/flesh out” WHY this has come to be when the objective has become to save your own sanity/health by distancing/protecting yourselves from the fallout. One has to be compassionate from a “distance” at that point. …

yes i would have to agree i used to get that all the time that i was cold hearted, but what they did not realize is that it was really hard for me to show emotions, it made me feel awkward to hug or tell someone i love you. The only way I could show that I cared was by sticking around and never lying to someone. I always thought people would see it but people cant see unless you are vocal

yes they could be, but by them not dealing with their issues they are harming others and in my book that is not acceptable.

i believe environment and genetics are both part of it, but depending on the environment this could be the overriding factor.

so whenever i meet someone “cold and callous” i always think about how they are hiding something beneath their demeanour, be it something tragic or otherwise. this doesn’t really have anything to do with your video i know. it’s just a thought that occurred to me as you were speaking.

ok, so, i’ve always wondered my entire life (i’m 21 now and still wondering) whether one is born “cold and callous” as you say or whether you are made that way by external circumstances. funny you mention this today because i just watched star wars, revenge of the sith and seeing anakin skywalker become darth vader, this transformation, just really got me thinking. he wasn’t intrinsically bad. he just hungry for a power that could be obtained by going over to the dark side.
