Don’t compare yourself to others. Every body is different. It stands to reason that everybody will lose weight differently. Even if you do the exact same things that I do, you won’t lose weight at the same rate. The key is in finding your triggers. Keep your goal in sight, and do whatever you have to do to meet that goal. When you start looking at someone else’s habits, you’re only going to become discouraged and quit without even realizing that it’s physically impossible to be anybody but yourself.

I had a dream about watermelon last three nights ago. I believe there is something very healthy and healing in regard to watermelon. I test my pH almost daily and sometimes a few times a day. I am always quite alkaline after eating a lot of watermelon throughout the day.

I decided to make some foods. I cut some vegetables and made a salad with cream. There were four cucumbers, three tomatoes, purple onion, lettuce, green onion, coriander, red sweet paper and garlic. It was very delicious because the vegetables were clean. I know that eating those foods is very healthy thing. I especially love fruits more than vegetables because they have sugar. My favorite fruit is watermelon.
